Deliveries are made to the ground-level entrance of the delivery address. Our drivers are not required to enter the property, deliver items inside the home, or carry orders upstairs.
For flats or apartments, customers are kindly requested to meet the driver at the main building entrance or lift access point. Responsibility for transporting items beyond this point, including inside the property or upstairs, rests with the customer.
Our drivers will always aim to assist where reasonably possible. However, for health, safety, security, or vehicle-safety reasons (including leaving a delivery vehicle unattended), the driver may decline to proceed beyond the entry point of the property.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and vehicles, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds to cards may take 3 – 5 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider. Cash refunds will only be issued in person at the store, if applicable.

Orders placed through our online ordering system (powered by TableReady platform) are subject to this same refund policy. The individual store retains sole responsibility for all refunds and complaints related to your order. The platform provider is not involved in refund processing or dispute resolution.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) issued by Grand Bazaar, Swindon (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By purchasing, using or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.3 Vouchers remain the property of Grand Bazaar, Swindon at all times and may be withdrawn or invalidated in accordance with these Terms.
2.1 Vouchers shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated.
2.2 Any unused balance remaining on a Voucher after the expiry date shall automatically lapse and shall not be redeemable, refundable or transferable.
2.3 We shall have no obligation to extend, reinstate or replace any expired Voucher.
3.1 Vouchers are issued on a stored-value basis and may be redeemed in one or more transactions until the available balance is exhausted or the Voucher expires, whichever occurs first.
3.2 Each Voucher is issued with a unique identification code and may be presented in digital or printed form.
3.3 A Voucher is not legal tender, does not constitute a credit, debit or charge card, and has no cash redemption value.
4.1 Vouchers may be redeemed:
4.2 The value of the Voucher shall be applied to the total transaction value at the time of redemption.
4.3 Where the transaction value exceeds the available Voucher balance, the difference must be paid using an alternative accepted payment method.
4.4 No cash change shall be given in respect of any unused balance; however, any remaining balance shall remain available for future use until expiry.
4.5 Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and may not be applied retrospectively.

6.4 Notwithstanding the above, where a Voucher has been purchased or registered against a verifiable email address or customer account, we may, at our sole discretion, assist in locating the Voucher or confirming its balance and usage history.
6.5 Any such assistance is provided as a goodwill service only and shall not constitute an obligation on our part to reissue, replace, or refund any Voucher. The balance and transaction history recorded within our system shall be deemed final and conclusive evidence of usage.
7.1 Vouchers shall be delivered electronically via email and/or SMS to the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
7.2 Confirmation of delivery, including system-generated records of transmission, shall constitute conclusive proof of fulfilment.
7.3 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that accurate delivery details are provided.
7.4 We shall not be responsible for non-receipt where delivery has been successfully completed to the details provided.
8.1 All Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable, save where required by applicable law.
8.2 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Vouchers constitute digital content supplied immediately upon purchase.
8.3 By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is waived once the Voucher has been issued.
9.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law.
9.2 In the event of a technical fault attributable to us which renders a Voucher unusable, we shall, at our discretion, reissue or replace the Voucher.
9.3 Our total liability in respect of any Voucher shall in all circumstances be limited to the original purchase value of that Voucher.
10.1 In the event of business closure, change of ownership, insolvency, or suspension of trading, we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether and how Vouchers may be honoured.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any inability to redeem a Voucher arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.1 We shall process personal data provided in connection with Voucher purchases in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
